Methodology
I focus on your priorities/goals, build on your unique strengths and skills, and offer a variety of ideas for each problem so that you can use the strategy that feels the most doable and intuitive to you.
My goal is to leave you confident and transformed, and the sooner the better!
I do this by helping you identify what you want to achieve and guiding you step-by-step into getting to your next level.
It’s not about grades or academics, tt’s about the rest of your (or your child’s) life.
I strive to teach my clients the principles of goal-setting, organization, positivity, and focus, so that they can apply these skills to every other aspect of their lives in the future.

“I have worked with many school psychologists the last 20 years, but working with Mrs. Lang has been exceptional.
She not only pursues the newest literature and studies, she also brings an open mind to each individual while actively listening to and engaging with all stakeholders, ensuring accuracy and the best outcome for all.”
My Clients Are:
Empowered
I want clients to feel empowered.
I congratulation clients on their progress from week to week, all because of the work they’ve put in. They need to know that it’s in their power.
Knowledgable
I want clients to have knowledge.
Our work is not just about this current school year. I want you to understand how your brain works.
I will share the research and reason behind everything we do, because you should be able to apply these concepts to accomplish all your goals in the future.
Independent
I want clients to be independent.
When we’re both feeling that you’ve made great gains, I’ll begin guiding you to think of your own strategies and help you monitor your own progress and goals.
