Establish Motivations
I believe that all people can be motivated. It comes down to knowing what your interests are, what moves you, and what makes you feel alive.
Determine the Modality
I work with students through whatever modality feels most intuitive to them, whether that’s through talking, writing, technology, art, or even video game metaphors. This is why I don’t use a cookie-cutter executive function program. While there are good ones out there, I want the program I develop with you to feel so natural that you’ll want to apply it to every other aspect of your life now and in the future.
Set the Goals
I focus on your priorities/goals, build on your unique strengths and skills, and offer a variety of ideas for each problem so that you can use the strategy that feels the most doable and intuitive to you.

Where Do We Start?
I recommend that families schedule a Free 15-minute Initial Consultation Meeting with me.
We’ll talk about what’s going on with your child and what you need to get back to feeling confident and more at ease as a parent.
Then we can discuss what services I offer that most closely align with your concerns.
Once we agree on how I can best help, we’ll then do a more in-depth interview with your child and agree on an assessment or treatment plan.
